Shipping Policy:

Shipping Carriers: Icon Wallets ships all orders via UPS or USPS, depending on the destination and package size.

Shipping Speed: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination. Most orders within the contiguous United States are delivered within 2-5 business days after the order is placed. Please note that wholesale orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping Costs: Icon Wallets offers free shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no additional shipping charges for standard shipping.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship to all locations within the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Hawaii at this time due to logistical constraints.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.

Lost or Damaged Shipments: In the rare event that your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a refund or replacement for the affected items.

International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders must have a valid shipping address within the contiguous United States.
