Returns

- Process: Customers must mail the product back to us at their expense.
- Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition.

Refunds
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product.
- Defective/Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, you do not need to return it. Simply provide proof (e.g., a photo), and we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for customers who wish to replace their product with a different variant (e.g., a different color or material).
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send the original product back.
Unlimited Replacements for Life
We proudly offer unlimited replacements for life. If your wallet is lost, damaged, or you just don't like how it ages, you can send it back to us for a replacement at a flat fee of $30.
- Simply contact us to initiate the process and include proof of your original purchase.
- Icon Wallets reserves the right to deny a replacement if there is reasonable suspicion of abuse of the replacement policy.
Icon Replacement For Life
- If you lose or damage an icon, you can get it replaced free of charge up to once per year
- Shipping fees may apply
Exclusions
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- Bulk orders are excluded from this policy.
