I called about an hour after I ordered to let someone know that I had made a mistake in turning numbers backward for my address.
I thought I was going to have to wait on the phone for a long time and then leave a message or the absolute worst in speaking to someone that I could not understand...
The owner of the company answered and was very nice to speak with. He mentioned that his son would be sending out wallets shortly and said he wanted to ensure the address was changed. He also stated that if it had already went out he would just send another wallet to the correct address.He asked me which wallet I had picked and told him I was an LSU FAN and got that one. I also asked him if he had military buttons and he said he did. I told him I had retired from the Marine Corps and he said he would just add that to tue order at no charge as his 90 year old dad had served in the Marines inWWII.
I got my order although days later and have been very happy. CUSTOMER SERVICE is what makes the difference!!
