"What kind of leather do you use?"

  • The Icon Wallet, Icon Wristlet,  and Icon Wallet Pop-Up Style all use premium 100% full-grain Napa leather. Napa leather is renowned for its softness and durability and is used in luxury goods. The Bi-Fold wallet also uses premium 100% full grain, but it has a slightly different finish to the leather than the Napa leather wallets.

"What is RFID Protection?"

  • RFID protection is a built-in shielding layer inside our wallets that prevents unauthorized scanners from reading your tap-to-pay cards. It helps keep your card information secure from digital pickpocketing and other contactless theft attempts.

"What is the difference between "Pop-Up" and "Standard" wallets?

  • The Pop-Up wallet has a similar design, but has an added pop-up compartment that fans out 1-7 cards. The standard wallet is a little slimmer, and has a middle pouch in-lieu of a pop-up compartment. Both styles comfortably hold 2-10+ cards

"What can I put in the Pop-Up compartment?"

  • The Pop-Up compartment is designed to fit 1-7 standard size plastic cards; it may not function perfectly with metal or paper cards. But, if you have a metal card, the thumb slider window on the backside is perfect for easy access.

"How do the interchangeable icons work?"

  • Icon Wallets are the first and only wallets with the interchangeable icon feature. They allow you to personalize your wallet like never before, and every time you change the icon, it feels like you're getting a whole new wallet. To remove the icon, simply apply downward pressure to the bottom corner of the icon to create leverage, and you can get it out with ease.
    •  The icons are the same size as standard golf ball markers, so if you already have a ball marker you like, it will likely fit in the wallet. Plus, if you don't see the icon design that you're looking for, you can always purchase a standard size golf ball marker separately and use it in the wallet. Since ball markers can vary in size, if you're looking online for a specific design, you can shoot us a message (email, text, call, DM) and we will personally find a listing for a ball marker that will fit in the wallet.

"What is your return policy?"

  • If you don't love your wallet, we will replace it free of charge for any other style you'd like, or you can return it within 120 days of purchase to get a full refund to your card.  In most cases, the customer is responsible for paying for return shipping. The wallet must be in like-new condition to be eligible for a full refund, and customer is responsible for paying for return shipping. You can view our full return policy here.

"What if my wallet is defective or breaks?"

  • Though defects are extremely rare, if there is a defect with your wallet, or it breaks, then you just need to contact us (call, text, email, DM), let us know the issue you're experiencing, and we will send you a replacement or allow you to exchange your wallet for a different style. In the cases of a replacement/exchange, Icon Wallets will cover the cost of shipping.

"Do you offer any discounts to certain groups?"

  • Yes! We offer a military discount (see military discount) that is intended for those who served, or gift buyers for those who served. With the military discount, you receive 10% off your order, plus a free military icon that correlates with the specific discount code you use. Plus, there is a 10% discount code you can unlock by signing up for our email list.

"Will you spam me with emails if I sign up for the email list?"

  • No, we don't send many emails at all. We have never sent a mass email to all our subscribers, and only will when we have something big to announce.  After a customer makes a purchase, we will send just a couple of post-purchase follow up emails that may request you to leave a review, or offer you a special discount on certain products.
